Return & Refund Policy

At PureLove by AGP, every piece of jewellery is crafted and quality-checked with utmost care. We value your trust and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund under the conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

  • The customer must provide a complete and clear unboxing video showing the package being opened — from the sealed condition to the product inside.
  • The request must include a valid reason for return or refund (e.g., product defect, wrong item delivered, visible damage).
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, along with all tags, certificates, and invoices.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our customer care team.

Refund & Deductions

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received and verified by our team, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Operational charges — including shipping, handling, and order processing costs — will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after product verification.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective on arrival:
  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Engraved items.
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your jewellery for another product, our team will guide you through the process once your return request is approved. Exchange availability is subject to stock and design availability.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  • Your order number
  • A clear unboxing video
  • A brief description of the issue
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
Note: PureLove by AGP reserves the right to reject return/refund requests if the product is found used, damaged due to mishandling, or if the unboxing video is not provided.
