1. All buybacks will be subject to the production of the original bill, and the rate will be as per the prevailing policy of the showroom.

Any exceptions (failure to submit the invoice) will not be entertained.

In such cases, the actual weight of the ornament at the time of exchange will be considered.

2. In order to sell ornaments, the customer shall provide any one of the following identity proofs:

(a) Electoral ID

(b) Aadhaar Card

(c) Driving License

(d) Passport

(e) PAN Card

3. PAN Card is mandatory for purchase/sale of ₹2,00,000 and above.

4. Transactions of ₹2,00,000 and above will not be accepted in cash.

5. Payments in excess of ₹5,000, in case of buyback, shall be made only by way of Account Payee Cheque or RTGS/NEFT.

6. Buyback is applicable only for:

Gold
Natural Diamonds
Platinum
Silver

No buyback will be applicable for semi-precious stones, synthetic stones, gemstones, or lab-grown diamonds.

7. The company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

8. Consumers can get the purity of hallmarked jewellery/artefacts verified at any BIS-recognised Assaying & Hallmarking (A&H) Centre.

9. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur only.

10. The specified weight of stones or other materials (such as enamel, steel, spring, cord, paint, wax, plastic, wood, glass, pulp, paper, clay, leather, cloth, adhesive, powders, etc.) is only indicative and may vary marginally.

The weight shown on the bill will be considered final.

Gold value will be calculated based on net weight.
