At PureLove by AGP, each product is carefully inspected, polished, and packaged before dispatch.

Please allow 7–15 working days for your order to be shipped after payment confirmation. This time ensures that every piece you receive meets our highest quality standards.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if available), additional handling charges may apply.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within 2–5 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Your jewellery is securely packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We only work with trusted and reputed courier partners to deliver your order safely.
